Choose N100, N201 or a taxi
Zvartnots International Airport (EVN) is Armenia’s main air gate and the airport travellers normally use for Yerevan. The country’s second international airport, Shirak, is 5 km from Gyumri and 120 km from Yerevan. Shirak is relevant only when your flight lands there; its airport page does not list a regular airport-to-Yerevan transfer service. (Zvartnots Airport about page, checked 2026-09-28) (Shirak Airport information, checked 2026-09-28)
Route N100 is the public bus linking Zvartnots with Yerevan city centre. It costs 500 AMD per passenger and accepts TelCell QR tickets, paper QR tickets from airport terminals, or Visa and Mastercard payment on the bus. Route N201 is Elitebus’s express service between the airport and the city centre. It costs 300 AMD and requires cash in Armenian drams. Both buses leave from outside the terminal’s Arrivals area. (Zvartnots Airport transport, checked 2026-09-28) (Zvartnots Airport FAQ, checked 2026-09-28)
EcoTaxi is the door-to-door option for accommodation away from the bus route, heavy luggage or late arrivals. The airport lists its desk on the first floor of the Arrivals Hall and marks it as open 24 hours. EcoTaxi’s booking process accepts pickup and destination addresses, lets you choose a service and payment method, and provides driver tracking. (Zvartnots Airport transport, checked 2026-09-28) (EcoTaxi booking instructions, checked 2026-09-28)
The airport’s transport list names buses, taxi, car hire and chauffeur services. It does not list an airport railway, metro, ferry or dedicated train shuttle. Choose N100 for the longest published public-service window, N201 for its lower published fare during its stated hours, or EcoTaxi for a recorded ride to the exact address. The operators publish routes, not fixed journey times
The airport operator does not publish a fixed number of minutes for N100 or N201. Its transport page identifies both routes as airport-to-Yerevan-city-centre services, but gives no standard journey time. Treat the bus ride as the airport-to-centre leg, then add the walk, local transport or taxi needed to reach your accommodation. (Zvartnots Airport transport, checked 2026-09-28)
The same applies in the return direction. The airport does not publish a standard hotel-to-terminal duration for either bus. Plan for the trip to the stop, waiting, luggage handling, the ride and the walk into the terminal. Check the airport’s flight information before relying on a tight connection; the published transport page does not promise a door-to-door time. (Zvartnots Airport transport, checked 2026-09-28) (Zvartnots Airport home page, checked 2026-09-28)
EcoTaxi also does not publish a universal airport-to-hotel journey time. Instead, the company asks for pickup and destination addresses and lets you select the service before confirming. Enter the full accommodation address and review the booking details. The operator publishes the booking workflow, not a fixed minute count for every Yerevan address. (EcoTaxi booking instructions, checked 2026-09-28)
For a departure, work backwards from the flight rather than reusing the arrival journey. The airport publishes route patterns and fares, but not a guaranteed total from a hotel to the terminal. Add the final walk, check-in and security to the transport time that the live service provides. (Zvartnots Airport transport, checked 2026-09-28)

N100 is 500 AMD; N201 is 300 AMD
A one-way N100 ride costs 500 AMD per passenger. The airport lists three payment methods: an electronic QR ticket bought in the TelCell application, a paper QR ticket bought at TelCell payment terminals, or direct Visa or Mastercard payment on the bus. Four TelCell terminals are located in the public zones of the Arrivals and Departures Halls. (Zvartnots Airport transport, checked 2026-09-28)
N201 costs 300 AMD per passenger for a one-way journey in either direction. Elitebus requires cash payment in Armenian drams. Carry AMD before boarding if you choose N201, because the airport’s published information does not list card, QR-ticket or foreign-currency payment. It also does not publish a child fare, luggage supplement or return-ticket discount. (Zvartnots Airport transport, checked 2026-09-28)
EcoTaxi’s booking instructions do not publish a fixed Zvartnots-to-Yerevan fare. The passenger enters the pickup and destination, selects a tariff and chooses a payment method. The company lists card, cash, NFC and Idram payments. Confirm the displayed amount before accepting the ride; the booking amount depends on the addresses and selected service. (EcoTaxi booking instructions, checked 2026-09-28)
The airport lists EcoTaxi’s desk and contact details but does not publish a fixed taxi tariff on its transport page. For a specific address and vehicle, the company’s app is the fare source. Do not use the bus fares as a taxi estimate. (Zvartnots Airport transport, checked 2026-09-28)

N100 runs overnight; N201 ends at 22:00
N100 has the widest published service window. The airport lists departures every 30 minutes from 06:50 to 22:00, followed by hourly departures from 22:00 to 06:50. This is the recurring pattern published by the airport. Check current airport information before leaving the terminal and confirm the route number at the stop. (Zvartnots Airport transport, checked 2026-09-28)
N201 runs every 30 minutes from 07:00 to 22:00. The airport page does not publish N201 departures outside that window, so an arrival after 22:00 should be planned around N100 or a taxi. The airport gives Elitebus’s telephone number for detailed service questions and links to a live vehicle-tracking page. (Zvartnots Airport transport, checked 2026-09-28)
Neither bus listing publishes a reservation system, a separate peak timetable or additional date-specific departures beyond these operating patterns. Use the frequency as the planning guide, then confirm the current service for your travel date. The airport FAQ repeats the N100 and N201 hours and confirms that both buses are outside the Arrivals zone. (Zvartnots Airport FAQ, checked 2026-09-28)
EcoTaxi offers advance booking instead of a published fixed frequency. Its instructions say to choose the date and time, enter both locations, select a service and confirm the pre-order. The app then sends a confirmation and reminder. This suits early flights, but it is not a timetable of every available airport car. (EcoTaxi booking instructions, checked 2026-09-28)

Use N100 for late arrivals and check Sundays
For a late-night arrival, N100 is the public option with a published overnight pattern: one bus every hour from 22:00 until 06:50. N201’s published service ends at 22:00. The airport FAQ confirms both patterns, so do not wait for N201 after its stated closing time. (Zvartnots Airport FAQ, checked 2026-09-28)
The airport publishes one recurring bus schedule and does not list a separate Sunday timetable, Sunday surcharge or Sunday closure for either route. That recurring pattern is the available Sunday planning information. Confirm the current departure after collecting luggage, because the airport does not provide a date-specific Sunday guarantee. (Zvartnots Airport transport, checked 2026-09-28)
EcoTaxi’s airport desk is listed as open 24 hours, and the airport provides a 24/7 contact number: +374-11-400300. EcoTaxi supports scheduled airport trips, but its booking page publishes no Sunday frequency or fixed late-night airport fare. Enter the date and time in the app and use the amount shown for the selected service. (Zvartnots Airport transport, checked 2026-09-28) (EcoTaxi booking instructions, checked 2026-09-28)
For a Sunday departure, check the same published N100 and N201 windows, confirm the route before boarding and allow for the unreported city-centre-to-terminal duration. If the flight lands after midnight or the address is away from the bus route, pre-order EcoTaxi and keep the confirmation available. (Zvartnots Airport transport, checked 2026-09-28)

Book the car to the exact address
EcoTaxi’s airport desk is on the first floor of the Arrivals Hall and is listed as open 24 hours. The airport gives +374-11-400300 as a 24/7 number and also lists a daytime number. Use the marked service point or the company’s app so the pickup and destination are recorded. (Zvartnots Airport transport, checked 2026-09-28)
The app supports advance airport bookings, address-to-address entry, service selection, payment choice and driver tracking. EcoTaxi lists Eco City, Kids, Business, VIP and Van services, with payment by card, cash, NFC or Idram. Enter the accommodation’s full street address rather than only “Yerevan”; the destination affects the booking and displayed fare. (EcoTaxi booking instructions, checked 2026-09-28)
The airport also lists Enterprise, Sixt, Carwiz, Hertz and GoMotion desks in the first-floor Arrivals Hall. These are car-hire, chauffeur or transfer services rather than a published standard city-taxi tariff. The airport does not give a fixed Yerevan fare or journey time for them, so compare the vehicle, booking terms and exact destination before committing.
