This place is a Peak.
Hüttelberg is a 326-metre wooded peak in Hütteldorf, part of Vienna’s 14th district, Penzing. The summit is recorded as a natural peak at the supplied coordinates, on the western side of Vienna near the Vienna Woods. The hill forms part of the green recreational landscape around Steinhofgründe and Dehnepark, where the City of Vienna’s map marks Hüttelberg alongside woodland paths, viewpoints, and the rundumadum walking route. Hüttelberg is also connected with the wider walking network around Vienna’s western edge: the city’s rundumadum route includes an official stage between Feuerwache Steinhof and Bahnhof Hütteldorf, while other trails continue through the surrounding Wienerwald. The terrain is a forested hill rather than a staffed attraction, museum, or enclosed park. Visitors should therefore approach Hüttelberg as a short nature and walking stop, using mapped paths and nearby public-transport connections in Penzing. Its setting makes it particularly relevant for visitors exploring Vienna’s western green belt, Hütteldorf, Steinhofgründe, and the nearby hills around Satzberg and Gallitzinberg.
