The Church of St Basil of Ostrog is an active Serbian Orthodox church in Bežanijska Kosa, New Belgrade. The Serbian Orthodox Church identifies it as the first church built in New Belgrade after the Second World War. Construction began in 1996 from a design by architect Mihajlo Mitrović, and the church was consecrated in 2001. It is dedicated to St Basil of Ostrog, whose feast is observed on 12 May.
The Patriarchate records that Patriarch Porfirije celebrated the Divine Liturgy here for the saint’s feast on 12 May 2025, assisted by bishops, priests, deacons and the church choir. Other official reports document worship and parish gatherings on specific dates. These event reports establish the building’s continuing religious use, but they are not a weekly visitor timetable. The sources reviewed do not publish general sightseeing hours, a tourist admission charge, a visitor telephone number or a dedicated tour programme.
