About Hong Kong–Macau Ferry Terminal

Hong Kong–Macau Ferry Terminal is the Marine Department’s cross-boundary terminal on Deck 3 of Shun Tak Centre, 200 Connaught Road Central, Sheung Wan. It is not the China Ferry Terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui or the airport SkyPier. The Marine Department keeps this terminal open 24 hours; that is a terminal fact, not a promise of round-the-clock sailings, ticket counters or immigration processing.

TurboJET currently serves Macau Outer Harbour and Taipa from Sheung Wan. Its timetable effective 1 September 2026 lists Outer Harbour departures from 07:30 through 22:30 and Taipa departures at 10:30, 11:30, 15:00 and 19:00. Cotai Water Jet’s current schedule serves Taipa from 07:30 through 22:30, with selected optional sailings. Operators may change individual departures, so confirm the chosen route and date.

TurboJET economy fares effective 25 April 2026 are HK$194 on weekday daytime sailings, HK$212 on weekends or holidays and HK$242 at night. Cotai Class is HK$192, HK$209 and HK$242 respectively. These are ferry fares, not terminal admission.

Passengers need the travel documents and entry permission required for Hong Kong and Macao. TurboJET advises boarding at least 30 minutes before departure for document checks. Cotai Water Jet advises arriving 30–45 minutes early when checking baggage. Ticketing is followed by check-in and immigration clearance; allow more time at busy periods.

Shun Tak Centre is linked with Sheung Wan MTR station. The station map marks it at Exit D, while the accessible unpaid-area lift is at Exit E3; confirm the step-free connection rather than assuming Exit D is accessible. The terminal has an accessible entrance, lift, route, service counter and toilet, plus tactile and Braille maps, tactile guide paths and visual displays. It has no car park. TurboJET and Cotai Water Jet provide wheelchair assistance; contact the chosen operator before travel when transfer support is needed.
