About Theatre Royal Haymarket

Theatre Royal Haymarket is the West End theatre on Haymarket, London SW1Y 4HT. Historic England lists the building as the Grade I Haymarket Theatre (Theatre Royal), rebuilt in 1820–21 by John Nash. Check the theatre’s What’s On page for the production, performance time, age guidance, running time and ticket price that apply to your date; there is no single general admission price.

The venue does not publish one weekly public opening schedule. For performances, the operator asks visitors to arrive at least 15 minutes before the advertised start. The theatre normally opens 45 minutes before a performance and 30 minutes before children’s events. Its Box Office and Call Centre are listed as open 10:00–19:30, but these are ticket-service hours rather than general theatre opening hours. Online booking remains available around the clock.

Piccadilly Circus is the nearest Underground station and Charing Cross is the nearest railway station. The main foyer entrance has three steps. Step-free entry to the Stalls is through alternative side doors on Haymarket from 30 minutes before a show; two wheelchair spaces are available at the back of the auditorium and must be booked with the theatre. An adapted toilet is step-free from the Stalls. Other seating levels involve stairs, so patrons with mobility requirements should discuss seats before booking.
