Eufemia Emporio e Bistrot is a community food hub and social cooperative in Affori. It combines an emporium of local products with a bistro serving lunch, aperitivo boards and à la carte Italian dishes. The project opened on 1 June 2024 and remains an active neighborhood venue with weekend lunch and dinner service.
