Spotify Camp Nou

Spotify Camp Nou is FC Barcelona's stadium, in the Les Corts district on the western side of the city. The club's own facilities page dates the official opening to 24 September 1957. It replaced Les Corts, whose 48,000 places could no longer hold the crowds a Ladislao Kubala side was drawing. The stadium was meant to be called Estadi del FC Barcelona. What a visitor meets in 2026 is as much a construction site as a stadium. The base ticket, which the club lists as Museum, covers the FC Barcelona museum with a digital audio guide and access to what it calls the Construction Viewpoint: a platform from which the rebuilding of the stands can be seen in progress. That pairing is the whole of the ordinary visit. The museum holds the club's trophy collection, and the club counts 29 La Liga titles, 5 European Cups and Champions Leagues, 3 FIFA Club World Cups and 32 Copas del Rey.

The club states plainly that the duration of the visit is one hour. That figure covers the museum route and the construction viewpoint at an unhurried but not lingering pace, and it is the number to plan the rest of a day around. Ninety minutes is the safer block to reserve. Add a further twenty to thirty minutes for each extra bought: the Robokeeper session, the Barça Virtual Dream headset, the photograph. Two published cut-offs decide the latest useful arrival. The site is open every day of the week, with no weekly closing day and no midday break, but the closing time moves four times a year. It is closed on 25 December and on 1 January. Men's first-team match days are excluded, and so is the whole stretch from 28 April to 1 September. Last admission is 45 minutes before closing. Closed January 1 and December 25; closes at 17:30 on September 24. The ticketed Spotify Camp Nou Experience has multilingual sessions at 09:30, 12:15, 14:30 and 17:00, with additional sessions in English.

Every price the club shows is a from price, meaning the cheapest slot on the cheapest date rather than a flat fare. The base Museum ticket, with the digital audio guide and the construction viewpoint, starts at EUR 28. Museum Flexible, the same visit on an open date valid until 31 December 2026, starts at EUR 38. The club gives two addresses for the same site: Carrer d'Arístides Maillol s/n, which is Main Access No. 15, and Avinguda de Joan XXIII, the Boulevard Access, No. 9, both 08028 Barcelona. Those are the two pedestrian entrances, and the ticket names which one to use. Metro: L3 to Palau Reial, Les Corts, Zona Universitària or Maria Cristina; L5 to Collblanc, Badal or Ernest Lluch; L9S/L10 to Collblanc; or L9S to Zona Universitària. Tram T1, T2 and T3 serve Avinguda de Xile, Palau Reial, Ernest Lluch, Pius XII, Zona Universitària and Maria Cristina. Bus routes serving the area include 7, 33, 54, 67, 113, 175, D20, H6, H8, V1, V3 and V5, with matchday diversions on several routes. Taxi drop-off and pick-up is on Carrer Menéndez Pelayo. Pedestrian approaches use Avinguda Joan XXIII, Travessera de les Corts and Carrer d’Arístides Maillol.

The commonest disappointment here is buying the wrong ticket. A visitor who arrives expecting the dressing rooms, the players' tunnel and a walk to the touchline has bought a museum ticket, and the museum is what they will get. The pitch belongs to the Match Day Tour, which runs on named fixture dates and starts at EUR 249. The third is time. Step-free matchday access is provided through designated entrances: Access F, Gate 4 has a lift, while Access V, Gate 22 is at street level. Accessible toilets are on level ground along the first tier, close to the accessible seating areas.

The construction viewpoint is the picture that will not exist in a few years, and it is the one worth planning around. It looks over an active site, so the light matters more than usual: late morning through mid-afternoon puts sun into the bowl and separates the new steel from the shadowed lower stands. Inside, the museum is the harder half. High sensitivity beats a flash, which will bounce straight back. Electric wheelchairs, walkers, assistance dogs and guide dogs are permitted under the stadium’s safety conditions.
