About Hin Tin Playground
Hin Tin Playground is the LCSD outdoor recreation venue at 70 Che Kung Miu Road in Tai Wai, Sha Tin. It is distinct from Hin Tin Swimming Pool and nearby sports facilities, whose schedules and amenities do not apply here. LCSD lists the playground itself as open daily from 07:00 to 23:00.
The sports areas have their own operating times. Four floodlit tennis courts are listed from 07:00 to 23:00 daily. The floodlit 11-a-side artificial-turf soccer pitch is listed from 08:00 to 23:00 daily and has a 200-seat spectator stand. Both listings include changing rooms, lockers and toilets. Fitness and elderly fitness facilities are also recorded at Hin Tin Playground.
The tennis courts and soccer pitch are bookable sports facilities. LCSD's current booking guidance covers tennis courts and turf pitches through SmartPLAY; advance, ballot and on-the-spot rules depend on the facility and available session.
