Arif Sarıca Mansion, also known as Arif Sarıca Köşkü or Sarıca Arif Pasha Mansion, is a historic residence on Moda Avenue in the Caferağa quarter of Kadıköy, Istanbul. The mansion was built in 1903 for Arif Sarıca, an Ottoman physician associated with Yıldız Palace, and was designed by the Ottoman Greek architect C. Pappa. Its Neo-Classical exterior includes a monumental entrance with marble columns and Ionic capitals. The stone building was planned as a multi-family residence, with a basement, ground floor, three upper floors and an attic. Its rooms opened onto central halls, while the walls and ceilings were decorated with frescoes and crown mouldings. During the Allied occupation of Istanbul after the First World War, the building was used as an Armenian school for more than two years. The Sarıca family later regained possession. The mansion is associated with pianist Ayşegül Sarıca, a granddaughter of Arif Sarıca, who lived there for many years. It remains a residential historic building in Moda, so the exterior is the practical focus for visitors.
